Snow Day!!

Remember when you were back in grade school and a few inches of snow (or maybe even feet) meant a day off of school.  But once you are grown up Snow Days are usually a thing of the past.  Well we got a Snow Day!!  I am talking about Dan of course.  HNTB actually closed the office because we got so much snow this week.  Parts of KC got around 10-12 inches. We got around 9 inches here in Overland Park.  So we all enjoyed a day home together--all three of us!! We spent a lot of time shoveling out.  But we also got to do a little playing.  Even with the very low temperatures, we decided to bundle up our lil Gal and bring her out in the beautiful white stuff as well.

Dan actually made a snow fort.  It was pretty neat! Have not seen one made since I was in grade school.  Below are some photos from our "day off".
