We started out the day with a celebration between the 3 of us. Mia picked out a nice card for me and Daddy bought some flowers and a nice card for me as well.
Later in the day Grandma and Grandpa Bateman came over as well as Aunt Sheryl and Uncle John. We ate Jack Stack BBQ, because no one wanted to cook. Mia got to be held lots today and this kept her awake more than usual. Other than getting up for a little meal at 3 am Mia slept from midnight to 6 am. This was a great Mother's Day gift in itself.
